The best evidence of how we work isn't anything we can write about ourselves — it's what the people who've actually had a system installed by our team have to say once the truck has left the driveway and the system's been running for a few months. This page brings that feedback together, organised by what matters most to someone deciding whether to trust us with their home or business: the quality of the installation itself, how we handle things after the sale, and whether the value stacked up against what was promised.
Most solar review pages are a wall of undifferentiated five-star ratings that tell you very little. We'd rather organise genuine customer feedback around the three things that actually predict whether you'll be happy in three years, not just three weeks:
Was the site assessment accurate? Did the crew turn up on time, work cleanly, and leave the roof, switchboard and site in good order? Does the system perform in line with what was quoted, month to month, across the seasons?
When a customer had a question about their monitoring app, a warranty query, or wanted advice on adding a battery or EV charger later, did someone from our team actually answer — and did they resolve it, rather than just acknowledging it?
Relative to the premium equipment installed and the rebates applied, did the customer feel the price reflected genuine value — not necessarily "the cheapest quote," but the right system, correctly sized, backed properly?
